Why don't we list prices on the website?

Because the prices are periodically updated by each company. It would be hard to synchronize price lists on our website with all the companies. Instead we encourage you to contact us for the current product prices that interest you.

How do we ship our products?

It all depends on the choice elected by each vendor. The default shippers are UPS, FedEx or DHL. We are normally able to deliver the products to your laboratory directly.

How soon will the order arrive?

Typically, it takes 2 weeks or less to arrive at your laboratory or facility. We can expedite your urgent request to 5 days, if needed.

I cannot find the item I want in your website, can you help?

Yes, we can source from many other companies that are not listed in our website. It is likely we will be able to find your chemical or reference standard.

What is the method of payment?

We accept wiring or direct deposit into bank accounts either in Hong Kong or in United States.

Can you sell the products to other countries?

We can only sell the products within our assigned territories: Accustandard and Wellington in Hong Kong areas; and the others can be sold in both China and Hong Kong. We can also source Cambridge Isotope, Chemservice, Sigma, Aldrich, TCI Chemical, Wako, Ultrascientific, and many others. Please send us your inquiry.

What is the return policy?

If you are not satisfied with any product, you can request for a replacement or refund if the issues are quality related. AmXpress will not be liable for any improper use of products sold on our website.

What other service would you provide?

We also provide technical assistance, e.g. in selecting the appropriate analytical method for analyzes. In addition, we can do Chemical Abstract searches on CAS#, structure, partial structure, reaction etc, at a reasonable price.
